On May 5, a Wood County grand jury indicted three Perrysburg residents in separate incidents.

Brandon D. Boone, 30, of Tracy Road, was indicted on one count each of importuning and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, felonies of the fifth degree, and attempted illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudityoriented material or performance, a third-degree felony.
