    The Perrysburg girls rugby team defeated Brecksville 72-17 last weekend to win the state title.

    “We had a great day at Fortress Obetz. The weather was oppressive on the turf but the girls went in with a game plan,” said Coach Marc Goddard.

    “I am so proud of how they conducted themselves. The heat was a constant pressure and we had just enough players.
