The Wood County Park District held a rappel instructional program March 27 at Sawyer Quarry.
Led by Thomas Worscham, adventure programming specialist, and Craig Spicer, program naturalist, the program covered rappelling basics, including safety measures.
There were eight participants. Among them were members of a Meet Up group organized by Giulia McCoy.
