Perrysburg Mayor Tom Mackin last week presented a proclamation to longtime Perrysburg business owners Mike and Barb Smith.

The mayor thanked the owners of Mini-Engine Repair on West Third Street for their family’s dedication in serving Perrysburg’s community for the past 49 years.

They closed their doors last week, preparing for retirement.
