One would think it unnecessary to educate Perrysburg leaders about the caricatures depicted on our water tower. They are in the style of “silhouettes” and are historically a common form of artistic presentation, usually black in color.

Any notion of our water tower depicting racism clearly illustrates a lack of common sense or a mind that does not appreciate the artistry involved. I am …
