I am a little late in this “shout out” for the Lyle R. Fletcher good citizenship award for Rick Ruffner, nominated by Sheriff Wasylyshyn. I met Rick and his wife Dana through the Perrysburg Friday night car show, which he organizes. The car show is one of the most well-organized, relaxing, and fun car shows I attend.
