Cub Scout Pack 209 will host an open “Join Scouting” event welcoming all boys and girls in kindergarten through fifth grade, along with their families, to learn about the adventures of Cub Scouting.

The event will be held Thursday, August 27, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., at Fort Meigs Elementary School.
