    The Hiccups will perform on Saturday, August 14, 11 a.m. at Woodlands Park Shelter.

    The band includes two Perrysburg High School students and two students from the University of Toledo.

    Each year, Scott Parnell directs a band made up of his guitar students, who rehearse all summer and then perform a free concert in the park.

    One song performed will be a special tribute to the late Eddie Van Halen.
