Great Lakes Community Action Partnership (GLCAP) began its 32nd annual People Helping People Campaign on July 1.

Through the support of private donations, the People Helping Fund provides assistance for individuals and families who are enrolled in GLCAP programs and have needs that cannot be covered through grant-funded services, such as vehicle repairs, grocery costs and other needs.
