The Great Lakes Aquaculture Collaborative and Ohio Sea Grant will host a webinar about seafood safety, grilling tips and demonstrations of seafood prep and grilling at home using seafood grown in the Great Lakes aquaculture. The webinar will show

The webinar will show how to choose, prepare and grill seafood kebabs using trout, catfish and shrimp.

There also will be information regarding food safety, from buying, storing and preparing fish and other seafood safely to properly putting away leftovers.

The event will be held Wednesday, June 23, from 1 to 2 p.m.
