The Country Garden Club in Perrysburg recently held its annual kickoff dinner meeting at Otsego Park’s historic Thompson Stone Building.

Members and their guests enjoyed cocktails and conversation, followed by dinner.

The event ended with a presentation by Jamie Sands of the Wood County Park District. She spoke about the county’s 20-some parks, describing each of their strengths and purposes.
