Cornerstone Community Financial (CCF) hosted their Acts of Kindness donation event March 31.

The event was held for the staff and patients at the ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children’s Hospital. Employees from CCF’s Perrysburg branch delivered more than $600 in “surprise and delight” items for the pediatric hospital staff and patients.

Employees were treated to snacks and drinks, and up to 250 pediatric patients were gifted a variety of books, arts-and-crafts supplies, toys and beauty and personal care items.

The event was CCF’s largest individual AoK donation, as part of its yearlong, $10,000 commitment to 70 acts of kindness in celebration of its 70th anniversary.
