Jeff Langenderfer, left, vice president, senior retail leader at Buckeye State Bank and James Harter, Northern Regional development director for the Children’s Hunger Alliance.
Every Friday, Buckeye State Bank employees have had the option of paying $4 to wear jeans to work, with the money going to charities.
From the three locations in Ohio, the total donation to its local communities amounted to more than $3,000 for 2021.
In addition to the employee donations, the bank matched those funds in support of the worthy causes that mean most to the employees.
