The Perrysburg Board of Education approved a fiveyear contract for Superintendent Thomas Hosler at its July 19 meeting.

The vote was 4-1, with board member Kelly Ewbank the sole vote against the contract.

“I don’t think it’s appropriate to give anyone in this position a five-year contract,” Mrs. Ewbank said. “It’s not a good business decision.”
