The following cases were finalized in Perrysburg Municipal Court April 5 to 18, 2024. An additional $88 in court costs was sentenced for each case, unless otherwise noted.

The Perrysburg Township food distribution will be held Thursday, May 9, from 8 to 10 a.m. The township fire department will sponsor the food give-away at the township building, 26609 Lime City Road, the second Thursday of each month.

Welch Publishing Company, 130 Louisiana Avenue, Perrysburg, is a collection site for Hannah’s Socks. Donations are accepted Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Hannah’s Socks is a community based non-profit organization dedicated to helping people affected by homelessness, poverty and domestic abuse in Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church, 871 East Boundary Street, Perrysburg, offers free soup suppers, every Wednesday, beginning at 6 p.m.

The Kiwanis Club of Perrysburg meets the first and third Wednesdays of the month, at noon, at Scramblers, 25690 North Dixie Highway. New members and visitors are always welcome.

Rossford United Methodist Church will hold its annual spring rummage sale Thursday through Saturday, May 2 to 4. Hours for the sale are Thursday, from 9 a.m.

Wood County Park District will offer nature camps Tuesday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the W.

The Perrysburg Eye Center recently organized an event where patients could get solar eclipse glasses by making a donation to support the Sight Center of Northwest Ohio, which helps people with vision problems. Patients who took part were not only protecting their eyes during the eclipse, but also helping others. Residents showed how coming together as a community can make a difference in people’s lives.
