Edward Reiter awarded for trustee work at Owens CC

The Ohio Association of Community Colleges (OACC) recently awarded the Terry M. Thomas Friend of Community Colleges Award to former Owens Community College trustee, Edward J. Reiter, as part of the OACC 2019 Excellence Awards program.
