City seeks input for federal action plan and funding
The City of Toledo submits a consolidated plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development every five years.
The plan identifies housing and community development needs and sets the city’s strategic objectives and activities to address its housing and community development needs through federal block grant funding from HUD.
For each year of the fiveyear period, the city must submit an annual action plan that outlines how the city will spend the federal funds it receives annually from HUD.
