PHS senior finds a way to help migrant communities

Aby Connell, a Perrysburg High School senior, recently organized a school supply drive for children of migrant workers.

The idea came to her while she was on Instagram.

“I’m interested in politics and came across a story about the migrant community being hit hard by COVID-19,” she said. “I was inspired to do something because they can’t afford even the basic necessities. I found out that one thing they really need is school supplies.”
