The 577 Foundation invites area residents to celebrate Earth month this April. The foundation has a variety of ways to “make small changes that make a big impact in protecting the planet.” •Take a class that offers students the opportunity to learn a new skill with a focus on sustainability.

The 577 Foundation invites the local community to enjoy a lowkey viewing of the total solar eclipse on Monday, April 8. While 577 will not be featuring special programming that day, it will be open normal hours from 9 a.m.

The City of Perrysburg’s summer recreation program guide is now available online. Registration begins April 1 for residents and April 15 for non-residents (Perrysburg Township residents are considered nonresidents). Programming runs June 10 through August 1. Most activities take place at Municipal Park and cost $20 or less; many are free.
