On February 1, a Wood County grand jury indicted a Perrysburg resident.

Lawrence M. Nusbaum, 50, 7334 Starcrest Road, was indicted on one count of illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, a fifth degree felony.

The case has been assigned to Common Pleas Judge Molly Mack.
