On October 5 a Wood County grand jury handed down an indictment against a Perrysburg Township man.

Justin C. Smith, 39, of 27696 Oregon Road, was indicted on one count each of trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine, both fifth degree felonies, stemming from an incident that allegedly occurred July 19.

If convicted on both counts, he faces up to two years in prison and fines of $5,000. Comm…
