A few months ago, Perrysburg attorney John Spore welcomed a visit from Judge Tom Kohl, his brother-in-law and a former Perrysburg standout resident.
Mr. Kohl and his wife Julie, stopped by while on a multi-state tour across the nation.
Mr. Spore is proud of his brother-in-law’s success in the judicial field, as well as founding a non-profit organization to rehabilitate prisoners.
