    For the Wood County Park board of commissioners, no two meetings are alike and they can never be quite certain what a featured speaker may ask of them.

    The September 12 meeting was no different. Zeb Albert, stewardship coordinator, provided the commissioners with an education on native plant conservation and seed collecting and cleaning.
