Private voice students of Pam Williams Rumer, Encore Studio, recently participated at the Ohio Federation of Music Clubs (OFMC) festival at Heidelberg University in Tiffin. Students entered in the categories of Vocal Art Solo and Musical Theatre Solo. After performing before two judges, students received points according to their ratings.
