Brecken (Libbe) and Ryan Price announce the birth of their second daughter, Taylor Kennedy Price. Taylor was born on July 27, 2022, at 2:52 a.m. She weighed seven pounds, 10 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long. Taylor was welcomed home by mom, dad and big sister, Blakely. Maternal grandparents are Robin and Scott Libbe of Perrysburg. Paternal grandparents are Carol and Clark Price of Oak Harbor.
