At the December 20 meeting, the Perrysburg Township board of zoning appeals approved two requests.

The BZA granted a conditional use permit for Bonita Farm on Oregon Road. John Keller, of a Sign Above Inc., requested the permit on behalf of Pride One for proposed signage to be placed within a boulevard of the multi-family residential development on the east side of Oregon north of Ayers roads.
