On September 21, a Wood County grand jury indicted a Perrysburg resident. Carlos Oviedo, 45, of Harold Street, was indicted on one count each of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony and trafficking in cocaine, a felony of the fourth degree, stemming from an incident which allegedly occurred February 16.

If convicted, he faces up to four years in prison and fines of $15,000.
