An elderly man whose body was pulled from the Maumee River near the Maple Street docks on August 22 has been identified.

According to the Perrysburg Police Division, he was Robert Stallter, 88. Mr. Stallter’s daughter went to the Maple Street boat docks looking for him after a friend discovered his car in the parking lot but could not locate him, police said.
