Great Lakes Community Action Partnership (GLCAP) is holding its 28th annual People Helping People Campaign.

The event raises funds to assist low-income individuals and families in GLCAP’s core service region of Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, and Wood counties with needs that go above and beyond those that are covered through GLCAP’s grant-funded programs.
