The recent letter from the elderly woman who was dealing with feral cats is a perfect example of why Perrysburg should employ an animal control officer. It’s become apparent to me that the vast majority of city employees (the mayor, city council, etc.) have no idea just how much work Officer Jeff Studer actually did.
