Planning for this year’s Halloween parade in Rossford is under way, and the community is invited to participate.

It will take place at 2 p.m., Sunday, October 30 with a theme of “Movie Villains!”

The parade is being coordinated this fall by a committee of volunteers, led by Toby Ledesma, city parks and recreation director.
