Penta Patriot Day ceremony marks the 18th anniversary of September 11

Following the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt delivered an address describing December 7 as “a date which will live in infamy– the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked.”

Those words were echoed 60 years later when on September 11, 2001 the country again found itself under attack, this time by terrorists.
