Council authorizes purchases, change orders
Holland Village Council approved a number of purchases at the August 13 meeting.
The largest expenditure approved was $34,100 for six Panasonic tablets for the police department.
Chief Bob Reed explained that the old computers are not able to run Windows 10, which is needed to integrate with other law enforcement.
Council also approved the annual software support contract for the police department with CDW-G for $1,243.
Additionally, three change orders were authorized for the Madison Kittle road project totaling $7,309.
